ParkVision provides great flexibility to reflect the wide range of possibilities that will arise during a typical sales transaction. The solution can be set-up according to requirements, depending on which part-exchange, plot allocation, finance, insurance or site fee parameters are required during a typical sales enquiry.

Up-to the minute stock or rental availability

As a fully-integrated and real-time system, caravan stock availability is always up-to-date, ensuring minimum delay during sales enquiries. Interactive map and integrated graphical tools (e.g. Google® Earth locational data) allows the customer to select an available caravan or home by model, year, manufacturer, locations, required facilities etc. The customer can view selected photographs of the premises, and even see the view from each window before proceeding.


 
 
Manage the customer relationship
ParkVision includes an integrated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module to help park managers capitalise on detailed information on owners, plots and properties. Users can identify the most profitable customers or customer groups for mailshot or marketing purposes, and the use ParkVision to automate routine sales and marketing tasks (e.g. e-shots, mailshot and scheduling follow-up for telephone staff).

ParkVision can be integrated with predictive dialler or other call centre technologies for maximum efficiency on outbound telemarketing.

Schedule and monitor park maintenance activities
Operators can use the software to log one-off customer requests (such as repairs or replacement items), or to schedule cyclical jobs (such as hedge trimming, general park maintenance duties or utility meter readings). Full maintenance history for each property or rental unit is available, for use with customers or to view best performing parks or properties.

Take and Manage Bookings over the Web
ParkVision comes equipped with e-commerce and e-business facilities suited for the needs of caravan parks and owners. Customers are able to:

  • View homes available for sale and rental online (with the opportunity to filter by lodge/static van or combination of user preferences)
  • Book their holiday break on-line. Querying the back-end reservations system with Park, Date, Occupancy and Accommodation Type requirements, the online system is able to process the booking or suggest alternative accommodation options.
  • Make deposit and/or cancellation insurance cover payments online via credit card.
  • Read summary or detailed information on preferred sites or locations (information held within your Microsoft Dynamics database, avoiding the need for double-updating of information between web-sites and inhouse systems)
  • See the view from their preferred caravan/plot window, or pinpoint its location using Google® Earth.
