Diagnostic Services
Çedilla Systems look to carry out a Diagnostic Analysis for companies interested in a new software solution. The Diagnostic is designed to meet several goals:

  • Assess strategic aspects of your current environment (including current user-capabilities and experiences, training requirements, hardware and software compatibility, likely data conversions necessary for a change of system).
  • Identify key business objectives.
  • Ascertain the true cost of the system to achieve objectives and timescales.
  • Clarify management roles in sponsorship of the project.
  • Identify the benchmark statistics from which to calculate an accurate return on investment figure in the future (if necessary)

Project Management
Using the industry experience and technical expertise of our consultancy team, Çedilla can offer project management services for IT projects of any size and scope. Project Definition Workshop
Using our skills in facilitation, change management or consultancy, Çedilla can manage many different types or IT projects (whether related to a Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP project or not). When Çedilla are appointed project managers of an IT project, the focal point of activity is the Project Definition Workshop (PDW). The PDW aims to draw out from a project team the objectives, deliverables, milestones and risks of the tasks that lie ahead. The PDW usually culminates in a Project Definition Report, which is used as:

  • A single document summarizing the project.
  • A high level executive document.
  • A basis for management decisions.
  • A confirmation of the feasibility of the project.
  • An aid to communication, both within and outside the project.
  • A definitive statement of the project scope.
  • A basis for detailed planning.
